POPIA Privacy Policy AO Gas: Ao Gas (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the personal information (“PI”) of visitors to https://aogas.co.za (the “Site”) in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”). - Account & profile data: While account is active + 3 years
- Marketing consents: Until you unsubscribe + 1 year
- Cookies & analytics: Up to 24 months, depending on the cookie type

We will not sell or rent your PI. We may share your PI with:

Your Rights under POPIA
Under POPIA, you have the right to:

- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete PI.

- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is consent-based).
- Request deletion or destruction of your PI.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Complain to the Information Regulator (contact below).
